Product Familiarization Tours 1

Amtrak provides familiarization tours to qualified members of the travel trade, including travel agents and tour operators. Some familiarization tours may include a modest fee.

The Amtrak Atlas provides the information needed to make valuable recommendations about routings and stations.  The Amtrak Atlas provides user friendly navigation that allows one to access information quickly alphabetically, by region or by state.

Tour - Acela Express3

Acela Express offers hourly service downtown to downtown during peak morning and afternoon rush hours between New York, Washington, DC, and intermediate cities, as well as many convenient round-trips between New York and Boston.

The Acela Interactive tour provides the information and visuals necessary to integrate Amtrak's premier express service into travel packages.

Tour - Quik Trak 7

Quik-Trak is the name of Amtrak's self-service ticketing kiosk. Quik-Trak kiosks are available at most larger Amtrak stations.

Amtrak interactive tours for sleepers provide the viewer with a virtual “live” experience of their time on board the Amtrak Superliner®, and Viewliner® Sleeping Accommodation. 

Navigate through the equipment and view Bedrooms, Roomettes, Family and Accessible rooms.

Tour - 3D Sleepers 5

The 3D Sleeper Interactive tour utilizes Apple's Quicktime 360 degree VR Panorama technology to bring you inside the actual sleeping accommodation.  Both day and evening views are provided.
