Fare Qualifier: Amtrak travel must be in conjunction with a
reserved cruise itinerary and the cruise reservation must be
included in the Amtrak reservation.
Child Fare: Up to 2 children ages 2-15 may accompany each
adult at half the adult rail fare.

Membership Discounts
Students save money near campus and online with Student Advantage
every day on food, travel, school supplies and more. Sign up today
and start saving on everything you need from textbooks to pizza,
laptops to posters and everything in between.
Passengers holding a Student Advantage
Discount Card are eligible to receive a 15% discount on the lowest
available adult rail fare on most Amtrak trains all year long. For
Auto Train service, cardholders receive the discount off rail fare
only but not the vehicle charge.
To receive this discount, the cardholder
must present both a valid Student Advantage Card and a valid photo
ID at time of ticket purchase and onboard trains. Each must be valid
for the current school term. |
 The
Veterans Advantage Card Benefits Program has been created to provide
greater recognition, respect, and rewards for those who have served
in the U.S. Military, including Veterans, Active Duty Military,
National Guard and Reserves, and their family members.
Passengers holding a valid Veterans
Advantage TM Members
Card are eligible to receive a 15% discount on the lowest available
rail fare on most Amtrak trains to any of our destinations.
VA Card members who also enroll in
Amtrak Guest Rewards are eligible for 1,000 bonus enrollment
points, redeemable for a free trip on some of Amtrak's most scenic
and special routes. |

 Passengers
holding a valid International Student Identity Card are eligible to
receive a 15% discount on the lowest available rail fare on most
Amtrak trains.To receive these discounts, the cardholder must
present both an International Student ID card and a valid photo ID.
To qualify for your International Student ID card, you must be
age 12 or older and currently enrolled as a degree seeking student
at an accredited institution. Continuing education, language school,
and non-degree seeking students are not eligible. |
 American
Automobile Association (AAA) members, their spouses and their
dependents are eligible to receive a 10% discount on the lowest
available adult rail fare for Amtrak travel.
Please note that passengers must show their AAA membership
ID card when they pick up tickets, and must also carry the
membership card while onboard the train. The conductor may ask the
passenger to present the AAA card on board the train. |

NARP is the largest national membership advocacy organization for
train and rail transit passengers. We have worked since 1967 to
expand the quality and quantity of passenger rail in the United
States. Our work is supported by over 23,000 individual members.
National Association of Railroad Passengers (NARP) members are
eligible to receive a 10% discount on the lowest available rail fare
on most Amtrak trains.

Three-Day Advance Purchase
To use membership discounts, passengers must book
tickets (including tickets for travel on unreserved trains) at least three
days in advance of travel.
If any change are made to an itinerary, the passenger must
re-qualify for any membership discount used. This means that, to
be eligible to receive an applicable membership discount, any change to an
itinerary must be made at least three days in advance of travel.
